By accessing or using PullVids ("the Service," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must stop using the Service immediately. Your continued use of PullVids following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

PullVids is a web-based tool that allows users to download publicly available YouTube videos to their personal devices for offline viewing. The Service operates as follows:

• You submit a YouTube video URL through our interface.
• Our backend server retrieves publicly available metadata and a direct media link from YouTube's platform.
• Your browser downloads the video file directly from YouTube's own content delivery network (CDN).
• At no point does PullVids store, cache, host, or re-transmit video content through our own servers.

PullVids is provided free of charge and is supported through Google AdSense advertising revenue. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice or liability.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use PullVids. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you represent that you have your parent's or legal guardian's permission to use this Service.

By using PullVids, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 13 years of age.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
• Your use of the Service does not violate any applicable law or regulation.
• You will not use the Service to download content on behalf of minors in violation of child protection laws.

PullVids does not require you to create an account or provide personal information to use the download functionality.

You may use PullVids only for the following lawful purposes:

• Personal offline viewing: Downloading videos you have the legal right to access for your own personal, non-commercial, offline use only.
• Your own content: Downloading videos you personally uploaded to YouTube as a personal backup of your own original content.
• Authorized content: Downloading videos for which the rights holder has explicitly granted permission for download and offline storage.
• Creative Commons content: Downloading videos released under a Creative Commons license that specifically permits downloading, in full compliance with the applicable license terms.
• Public domain content: Downloading videos that are entirely in the public domain and free from copyright restrictions in your jurisdiction.
• Fair use and fair dealing: Downloading content for commentary, criticism, parody, news reporting, education, or research, strictly subject to applicable fair use or fair dealing doctrine in your jurisdiction and only to the extent permitted by law.

You agree that you will NOT use PullVids to:

• Infringe copyright: Download or distribute content protected by copyright without the rights holder's explicit authorization.
• Redistribute commercially: Use downloaded content for commercial purposes including selling, licensing, monetizing, or broadcasting videos you do not own.
• Re-upload content: Upload downloaded videos to YouTube, social media platforms, streaming services, or any other distribution channel without rights holder permission.
• Circumvent DRM: Attempt to download content protected by digital rights management (DRM) technology, encryption, or any access control measures.
• Download restricted content: Attempt to download YouTube Premium content, age-restricted content, private or unlisted videos, or members-only content.
• Automate requests: Use bots, scripts, scrapers, or any automated tools to make bulk or mass download requests to our Service without prior written permission.
• Overload our systems: Conduct denial-of-service attacks, stress tests, or any activity that places excessive or unreasonable load on our servers or infrastructure.
• Violate platform terms: Use PullVids in a way that violates YouTube's Terms of Service, Google's Terms of Service, or any other applicable platform policy.
• Download illegal content: Download content that is illegal in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to content involving child exploitation, incitement to violence, or material that violates privacy laws.
• Reverse-engineer: Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract the source code or trade secrets of our Service's backend systems.

The PullVids website, its design, code, branding, and original written content are owned by PullVids and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from our interface, design, or code without prior written permission.

All videos accessible through YouTube are the intellectual property of their respective creators and rights holders. PullVids claims no ownership over any third-party content whatsoever. Downloading a video through PullVids does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you. You receive only a temporary local copy for strictly personal use under the conditions described in Section 4 of these Terms.

"YouTube" and the YouTube logo are registered trademarks of Google LLC. PullVids is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by YouTube or Google. Our use of the YouTube name is purely descriptive of the compatible functionality of our Service.

YouTube's Terms of Service (Section 5.B) state that users may not download content unless a download button or link is explicitly provided by YouTube. By using PullVids, you acknowledge and fully accept the following:

• Downloading YouTube content through third-party tools may violate YouTube's Terms of Service.
• You are solely and entirely responsible for ensuring your use of any downloaded content complies with YouTube's Terms of Service and all applicable law.
• PullVids does not accept any liability for any violation of YouTube's Terms of Service resulting from your use of our tool.
• PullVids does not circumvent any technical protection measures employed by YouTube or Google.
• PullVids does not facilitate downloading of YouTube Premium content, DRM-protected content, private content, or members-only content.

PullVids integrates with third-party services, each governed by their own terms and privacy policies. By using PullVids, you also agree to be bound by those policies where applicable:

• Google Analytics: Website traffic analysis. Governed by the Google Terms of Service.
• Google AdSense: Display advertising. Governed by the Google Terms of Service and AdSense Program Policies.
• YouTube / Google: Video content platform. Governed by the YouTube Terms of Service.
• Formspree: Contact form processing. Governed by Formspree Terms of Service.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or terms of any third-party services. Links to third-party websites on PullVids do not constitute endorsement.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We specifically do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
• Any particular video will be downloadable, as availability depends entirely on YouTube's platform, policies, and CDN.
• Download links will remain valid indefinitely - YouTube CDN links are temporary and time-limited by design.
• The Service will be free from viruses, malware, or other harmful components introduced by third parties.
• The Service will meet your specific requirements, expectations, or intended use case.

Your use of PullVids is entirely at your own risk and discretion.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PULLVIDS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE.

This limitation applies to damages including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity
• Copyright infringement claims arising from content you downloaded through our Service
• Damages resulting from service downtime, interruption, or data loss
• Damages caused by third-party content, links, or services accessible through PullVids
• Legal consequences resulting from your violation of YouTube's Terms of Service or any applicable law
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to our servers or the data stored therein

In no event shall PullVids total cumulative liability to you exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Since PullVids is a free service, this amount is zero.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PullVids and its operators, employees, contractors, agents, and successors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses - including reasonable legal fees - arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your violation of these Terms of Service
• Your violation of any third party's rights, including intellectual property rights or privacy rights
• Your use of the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Any copyright infringement claim resulting from content you downloaded through our Service
• Your violation of YouTube's Terms of Service or Google's Terms of Service
• Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or court order

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to PullVids at any time, with or without notice, for any reason - including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms of Service.

We may also implement IP-based rate limiting or permanent blocking if we detect abuse, automated scraping, denial-of-service activity, or unusually high request volumes from your connection.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. The following sections survive termination and remain in effect: Section 6 (Intellectual Property), Section 9 (Disclaimers of Warranty), Section 10 (Limitation of Liability), and Section 11 (Indemnification).

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from your use of PullVids that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the relevant jurisdiction.

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first contact us and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute within 30 days of receiving your notice.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through a prominent notice on our website.

Your continued use of PullVids after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service immediately.
